Communication
Responds to emails and messages in a timely manner

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Communicates in a professional and respectful manner

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Proactively communicated updates and decision affecting the game

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐

Their communication is great! It felt like a friendship and not like a publisher / developer chat and I really like that! If I have a question, I get an answer within 1 or 2 hours. It was an awesome experience so far!

Financing and contract
They provided regular financial reports, as agreed

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Payments were made on time, as agreed

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Contract terms were fair and clearly explained

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

As a 23 years old student, I was a bit overwhelmed with the contract, but Jerome from Assemble jumped into a Call with me and went through every point in the contract and explained it clearly! ^^ Contracts are always hard to understand for me but they helped me to understand it and the payments and reports were always on time so far!

Marketing and support
Marketing activities were delivered as agreed in the contract

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

As a team, we are satisfied with marketing performance

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Post-launch support for the game was adequate

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The game was launched with 8k wishlists before getting into popular upcoming and New and Trending on Launch but the Sale numbers were crazy! Assemble did an incredible job here and in less than 5 months 150,000 copies are sold via Steam even though the numbers were just OK-ish on Launch. They know their craft and their publishing and marketing played a huge role in the game's success in my opinion!

Overall review and recommendation
Im happy to work with Assemble on my next Game in 2026 :)
